Urns
Each urn is hand made by a film artist with over 40 years experience. The material is a combination of natural and recycled fibers. The paints are non toxic so the entire urn is made of safe biodegradable materials. All materials are either kid safe or food grade.
Biobronze
After researching what few biodegradable urns were available I found they all were of poor quality. Most looked cheap and some looked like a child's paper mache project. The goal was to create an affordable urn that would look good on a mantle or drifting across the water as it slowly sank. The materials needed to be biodegradable while being strong and light. It took four years to find the right combination of materials and molds. Each mold is unique and require special handling.

Historically nothing reflects class like bronze but it's heavy and expensive and never breaks down. The solution was to mimic bronze with scenic finishes like would be used in films. The urns look like bronze but instead of being too heavy to lift they weigh around a pound or two each, much less for smaller urns.

In the case of a sea burial the urns will sink after several minutes then over time break down. With land burials if the environment is moist and gets regular rain the urns will break down in 3 to 6 months. In a desert environment it will take longer but they will still break down over time and create soil. The urns are fully compostable as are the ashes inside.
